9th edition provider manual
Service Description
All participants must have the 9th edition provider manual per ENA guidelines. Manuel is required to complete the pre-course modules and must be brought to class. The manual is not included in the course fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy • 14+ days before course: Cancel at no charge. You can reschedule or request a refund via email. • Within 14 days: $95 cancellation fee applies. • Within 24 hours / No-shows: No refund. • Rescheduling: Allowed once. If rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice, a $95 fee will apply. • Book purchases are nonrefundable. Accreditation The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Booking Information • When registering for a 1.5 or 2-day class, select the first day; the following day is automatically included. Registration & Payment • Registration is online only; no on-site registration is available. • Space is limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. • Registration closes 4 weeks before the course start date. Payment Options . Credit Card (All Major Credit Cards Accepted ) An invoice will be sent via PayPal for secure payment. Once payment is received, the Provider Manual will be mailed to the address provided. Check or Money Order (Not available at this time) Receipt of payment secures your place in the course.
